Another amazing recipe for you "Namkeen Chicken Masala Handi" #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #OlpersCream Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3w1ftpS Namkeen Chicken Masala Handi Serves 5-6 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Lehsan (Garlic) 5-6 cloves -Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece -Water ¼ Cup -Cooking oil ½ Cup -Chicken boneless cubes 750g -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 large -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tbs -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp -Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup -Olper’s Dairy Cream ½ Cup -Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 2-3 -Adrak (Ginger) julienne -Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced -Adrak (Ginger) julienne -Makhan (Butter) Directions: -In grinder,add garlic,ginger,water,grind well & set aside. -In a wok,add cooking oil,chicken,mix well until it changes color and cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes. -Add onion,mix well and cook until onions are translucent. -Add ginger garlic paste,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. -Add black pepper crushed,salt,cumin seeds,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. -On low flame,add yogurt and mix well,cover and cook for 10-12 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates. -On low flame,add cream,mix well and cook until oil separates. -Add green chillies,ginger and mix well. -Garnish with ginger,green chilli,butter & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Lehsan (Garlic) 5-6 cloves -Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece -Water ¼ Cup -Cooking oil ½ Cup -Chicken boneless cubes 750g -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 large -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tbs -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp -Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup -Olper’s Dairy Cream ½ Cup -Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 2-3 -Adrak (Ginger) julienne -Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced -Adrak (Ginger) julienne -Makhan (Butter) Directions: -Grinder mein lehsan,adrak aur pani dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Karahi mein cooking oil aur chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein. -Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur pyaz translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein. -Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein. -Kali mirch crushed,namak aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein. -Halki ancch per dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein. -Halki ancch per cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur oil alag ho janay tak paka lein. -Hari mirch aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Adrak,hari mirch aur makhan sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
