9. Kashmiri Red Chilli - 2 tbsp
10. Black Cardamom - 2
11. Cloves - 6
12. Black Stone Flower / Kalpasi (छबीला) - 1
13. Black Pepper - 12
14. Coriander Powder - 3 tbsp
15. Cumin - 1/2 tbsp
16. Turmeric - 1/2 tbsp
17. Bay Leaf (तेजपान) - 2
18. Salt - 2 tbsp
