The recipe I use to cook chicken in the pan. It melts in your mouth!
Ingredients:
chicken meat - 600 g (21.16 oz)
Cook over medium fire 10 min
onion - 120 g (4.23 oz)
butter - 40 g (1.4 oz)
for the sauce:
sweet cooking cream - 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
parsley - 50 g (1.76 oz)
salt - 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)
spicy paprika - 5 g (0.18 oz)
garlic - 3 cloves
Cook with cover over medium fire for 25 min
