Make this delicious sweet treat with Nurpur Milk and Cream on this special occasion and let us know how this creamy Doodh Dulari turned out. #DoodhDulari #EidDesserts #MeethaRecipes #SooperChef Doodh Dulari Ingredients for Strawberry Jelly: Strawberry Jelly Powder 1/2 cup Water 1 ½ cup Ingredients for Doodh Dulari: Nurpur Full Cream Milk 2 L Rainbow vermicelli 1 cup Slurry (corn flour 3 tbsp + water 4 tbsp) Sugar 1 cup Strawberry Jelly (cubes) as required Banana jelly (cubes) as required Fruit Cocktail as required Nurpur Dairy Cream 1 cup Cham cham as required Directions for Strawberry Jelly Preparation: 1. In a pan heat water and bring it to boil. Add strawberry jelly powder and cook until it dissolves. 2. Take off flame and let it cool at room temperature. Once cooled down, cut into cubes and set aside. Directions for Doodh Dulari Preparation: 3. In a pot heat Nurpur Full Cream Milk and bring it to boil. Add rainbow vermicelli and cook until its fully done. 4. Add sugar and cook until sugar dissolves. Now cook over low flame for 4-5 minutes. 5. Add slurry and stir and cook until thick in consistency. 6. Pour prepared doodh dulari in a bowl, add fruit cocktail, strawberry jelly, Nurpur Dairy Cream and mix well. 7. In a dish add a layer of banana jelly, strawberry jelly, doodh dulari, top it with cham cham and fruit cocktail. 8. Your delicious Doodh Dulari is ready. Serve and enjoy. Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes Serve: 3-4
