Chicken Lemon and Herbs . It is quick and easy to prepare especially when you don't have enough time to marinade the chicken.
Lemon
Mixed Herbs
Oregano
Ground Garlic & 1 glove of Garlic
1 tbsp of Honey
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of ground pepper
Mix all the ingredients and rub in the chicken. cook for 40 minutes in 200 degree C. Removed from the oven and take the excess sauce from he chicken, cooked the chicken again in a different tray for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Sauce
1 tsp. of corn flour
1 tsp. of butter
1 tbsp. of sugar
Cooked in pan until a bit sticky . and ready to served. Enjoy eating!
