Today I used three simple and easily found ingredients in the house to make a healthy oat banana smoothie breakfast for myself and the little one. It is so tasty and silky smooth that I can have every morning. Simple to make and all ready to drink in 2 minutes. Ingredients: 3 tbs rolled oats 1/4 snack peanut 1 banana 200ml milk
