Welcome! There isn’t much a sweet delicious treat can’t solve… and today’s video is extra sweet ? I am sharing 6 tasty dessert recipes that are great for the spring and summer months. These are some of our families' tried and true recipes that we have been making and enjoying for years! I am also sharing a new recipe that turned out to be a hit in our home. Strawberry Poke Cake:
1 Yellow cake mix (prepare & bake as directed)
1 Packet of Strawberry Jello (prepare as directed)
4 oz. Whipped Topping
1 ½ - 2 c. Sliced Strawberries
Mixed Berry Dump Cake:
2 cans Mixed Berry Pie Filling (use any pie filling you prefer)
1 Yellow Cake Mix
1 stick butter (melted)
Bake 350 until browned and bubbling hot
*serve with vanilla ice cream and/or a cup of coffee
Butterfinger Dip:
15 small Butterfinger candy bars or 5 large size
16 oz. cream cheese; softened
¼ c. Brown Sugar
8 oz. Whipped Topping
*serve with vanilla wafers, graham crackers, pretzels, sugar cookies or fruit
Strawberry Pizza:
1 pk. Sugar Cookie Dough
Large Pack of Strawberries; sliced
8 oz. Cream Cheese; softened
2 c. Powdered Sugar
¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
12 oz. Whipped Topping
13.5 oz. Strawberry Glaze (I used the Marzetti brand)
Spring Confetti Peanut Clusters:
1 brick Almond Bark
2 - 2½ c. Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts
Sprinkles
No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake:
2 ½ c. crushed Graham Cracker
1 stick Butter; melted
8 oz. Cream Cheese; softened
1 c. Powdered Sugar
8 oz. Whipped Topping
1 Large container of Strawberries; sliced
Topping: 8 oz. Whipped Topping (optional: sprinkle crushed Graham Cracker & diced strawberries)
