This was a very easy chicken recipe. I shredded the chicken and used it for 3 different dishes during the week. I make chicken crepes with a mushroom sauce. Then I made homemade sweet potato tortillas and filled them with this chicken. They were also delicious. Finally, I placed the shredded chicken over a loaded baked potato. So many possibilities!
