INGREDIENTS:
Chicken ingredients:
• 4 chicken breasts butterflied
• 1/2 tsp sumac
• 1/2 coriander powder
• 1/2 turmeric
• 1/4 cumin
• 1/2 cinnamon
• 1/2 paprika
• 1/2 salt
• 3 cloves garlic crushed
• 2 heaping tbsp plain yoghurt
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• 2 tbsp cooking olive oil
• A splash of cooking oil for pan grilling chicken
• 1 sweet onion chopped and grilled with chicken
Tahini ingredients:
• 1/4 cup roasted sesame seeds
• 1 clove of garlic
• 2 heaping tbsp plain yoghurt
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• Pinch salt and pepper
Sriracha mayo yoghurt sauce
• 2 heaping tbsp plain yoghurt
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
*** use any side vegetables of your preference. Pickles are an excellent pairing also.***
