Chicken Lemon Pepper Recipe
Ingredients;
450 grams Chicken breast, sliced
1/2 cup flour
1 tbsp. lemon pepper recipe
1 tsp salt
1 tsp zest of lemon
1 lemon , sliced
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp. butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh Parsley, chopped
In a clean bowl, mix the flour , seasoning, salt and the zest of lemon.
coat the chicken breast with the mixture,
In a medium heat skillet, put the olive oil until hot. Fry the chicken breast 5 minutes in each side.
Add the butter and the garlic. Saute the garlic until golden brown. Add the chicken broth and the sliced lemon. Cook in a minute or 2. Garnish it with the fresh parsley.
Serve while it is still hot.
