A delicious yet Shahi dessert recipe made from few ingredients available easily at home but tastes awesome, which is none other than Badam Halwa. All time favourite of many people.
Badam Halwa Recipe is a very simple and easy recipe and can be made with three ingredients badam(almonds), milk and sugar. First the badam is soaked in water and the skin is peeled off and then it is ground along with milk followed by roasting with sugar and ghee. Badam is very healthy and nutritious with lot of omega-3- fatty acids. Saffron milk can be used to add colour and appeal to the halwa.

Milk : 1 Cup + 1 Cup
Sugar : 1 Cup
