Ingredients
For Dough
• Maida – 500 gms
• Pure Ghee – 3 tbsp
• Salt
For Filling
• Boneless chicken – 500 gms
• Onion – 2 medium sizes finely chopped
• Green chillies – 4 to 5 finely chopped
• Oil – 1 tbsp
• Jeera / Cumin – ½ tsp
• Garlic paste – 1.5 tbsp
• Ginger powder – ½ tsp
• Salt to taste
• Lal Mirch /Red chili powder – 1 tsp
• Dhaniya/Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Haldi /Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
• Kali Mirch / Black pepper powder- ½ tsp
• Kasuri Methi – 1 tbsp
Filling for kids
• Jeera
• Garlic Paste – ½ tsp
• Salt to taste
• Black Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Ghee - 1 bowl
Maida – 3 tsp
