Garlic cloves - 30
Dry red chilies - 5
Star anise - 1 small
Black pepper - 1 tsp
1.5" Cinnamon sticks - 2
Green cardamom - 2 pods
Chopped Tomato - 1 medium-sized
Green Chilli - 10 ( you can reduce the quantity)
FOR GRAVY
Chicken - 1 kg
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Garlic - 1
Bayleaf - 5
Mace - 1/2
Cloves - 2 pods
Salt as per taste
Star anise - 1 small
Black cardamom - 1
1.5" Cinnamon sticks - 3
Chopped Green Chilli - 2
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Green cardamom - 2 pods
Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 tsp
Chopped Onion - 9 medium-sized
