Alyena shows you how to make her mom's favorite Keto dessert. This chocolate avocado mousse is a no bake recipe and is so delicious. A perfect dessert for vegans or people following the keto diet plan.
Chocolate Avocado Mousse Recipe:
2 ripe avocados
1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
3 Tbsps of maple syrup
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of cacao powder
50 grams of 85% dark chocolate (1/2 a bar)
Dash of pink salt
Blend until thick and creamy (get out all the lumps)
Transfer to glasses and chill for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!
