Ingredients:
For Masala paste:
garlic 3 pcs(medium)
sliced onion 2 tbsp
cumin 1 tbsp
cinnamon 6 pcs
cardamom 5 pcs
Nutmeg(joyfal )½ pcs
joyatri 2 pcs
lobongo 5 pcs
ginger 2 tbsp
green chili 5-6 pcs
shahi jira
black cumin
For meat :
bay leaf pc
masala paste (previously made it)
oil 1/8 cup
salt as per taste
coriander powder ½ tsp
turmeric Powder ½ tsp
red chili powder ½ tsp
For khichuri:
rice 3 cup
mug dal 1.5 cup
mustard oil ¼ cup
bay leaf 2 pc
green chili 5-6 pcs
onion 2 tbsp
rest of the masala paste
red chili powder 1 tsp
turmeric Powder ½ tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
salt as per taste
ghee 1.5 tbsp
Vhuna Khichuri Recipe liked by all but here I make the special shahi vuna khichuri.You can with beef/mutton or chicken.
