Chicken Fried Rice needs no introduction. It is one of the most yummiest and popular recipe. So with chef Seema learn how to make Chicken Fried Rice at home only on Swaad Anusaar.
Ingredients
Sesame oil
2 tbsp garlic diced
2 tbsp ginger diced
2 cups of rice
1 bowl spring onions
Half cup of French beans diced
Half cup cubed carrots
Boiled Brest piece of chicken
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp chopped celery
2 tbsp sprigs of green onion
Half bowl of capsicum
2 eggs
2 tbsp of milk
Salt
Black pepper
Method
- Put oil in a pan, then add garlic ginger and red chillies. Fry it for some time.
- Add one bowl of spring onions and toss it
- Add half cup of diced French beans and half cup cubed carrots and cook for two minutes
- Add salt and black pepper
- Add boiled pieces of chicken
- Add all the sauces (vinegar, soya sauce and chilli sauce)
- Add one tablespoon of chopped celery and 2 tablespoon of greens of spring onion
- Add the boiled rice and mix well
- Lastly add capsicum
