noodles : 150 gms
chicken cut thin lengthwise: 150 gms
carrot cut thin lengthwise : 1
french beans cut thin lengthwise : 6-7
small onion cut thin lengthwise : 1
small red bell pepper cut thin lengthwise : 1
cabbage cut thin lengthwise : 1 bowl
capsicum cut thin lengthwise : 1 bowl
ginger cut thin lengthwise : 1.5"
garlic cloves chopped : 8-9 cloves
spring onion greens part : ½ bowl
oil : 2 tbs
dark soya sauce : 1 tbs
red chili sauce : 1 tbs
tomato ketchup : 1 tsp
salt : as per taste
hakka noodles masala : 1 tsp
white paper powder : ½ tsp
ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
white vinegar : 1 tsp
