Try out this Tandoori Chicken Roll and share your feedback with us. #ChickenRotiRoll #ChickenRoll #ParathaRoll Ingredients for Tandoori Masala: Ginger powder 2 tsp Garlic powder 2 tsp Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp Red food color 1 tsp Dried fenugreek 1 tbsp Cinnamon stick (1 inch) 2 Cloves 1/2 tsp Mace 1/2 inch Cumin seeds 2 tbsp Black peppercorns 2 tsp Black cardamom 2 Green cardamom 3 Coriander seeds 2 tbsp Ingredients for Tandoori Chicken Preparation: Tandoori masala 2 tbsp Chicken fillets 4-5 Yogurt 1 cup Salt 1 tsp Red chili powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Butter 1 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp Ingredients for Rumali Roti: Salt 1 tsp All-purpose flour 2 cups Wheat flour 1 cup Water as required Oil 2 tbsp Ingredients for chicken mixture Preparation: Prepared Tandoori chicken Mayonnaise 1 cup Ketchup 1/2 cup Chili sauce 2 tbsp Salt 1/2 tsp/to taste Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp Soy sauce 2 tbsp Red chili flakes 1 tsp Oil 2 tbsp Carrot 1/2 cup Onion 1/2 cup Capsicum 1/2 cup Olive oil 2 tbsp Directions for Assembling: Rumali Roti as required Chicken mixture as required Butter (for greasing) as required Directions for Tandoori Chicken Preparation: 1. In a blender add ginger powder, garlic powder, nutmeg powder, red food color, dried fenugreek, cinnamon stick, cloves, mace, cumin seeds, black peppercorns, black cardamom, green cardamom, coriander seeds and grind into fine powder. 2. In a bowl add chicken fillets, yogurt, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, tandoori masala and marinate for 25-30 minutes. 3. In a pan heat oil and place marinated chicken fillets. Cook each side for 5-6 minutes or until fully cooked. 4. Take off flame and cut the chicken into strips. Set aside. Directions for Rumali Roti Preparation: 5. In a bowl add all-purpose flour, wheat flour, salt, water, oil and knead a smooth dough. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes. 6. Now make the small dough balls and roll them down into flat circle shape. 7. Place the wok upside down on the stove and when its hot enough, cook the roti on it from each evenly. Set aside. Directions for chicken mixture Preparation: 8. In a pan heat oil and add capsicum, carrot and onion. Saute for 1 minute and set aside. Your sauteed veggies are ready. 9. In a bowl add prepared mayo, ketchup, chili sauce, salt, black pepper powder, soy sauce, red chili flakes. Mix well and your chili mayo sauce is ready. 10. Now add the chicken strips, sauteed veggies and olive oil in the prepared sauce and mix well. Your chicken mixture is ready. Directions for Assembling: 11. Take the prepared roti and place the chicken mixture on it. roll it into roll shape. 12. Grease the grill pan with butter and grill each side until light golden in color. 13. Your Tandoori Rumali Roll is ready. Preparation time: 10-15 mins Cooking time: 25-35 mins Serving: 3-4
