Chicken -1/2 kg (with bone)
Ginger -Garlic Paste-1 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tea spoon
coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala- ½ tsp
Kashmiri Chilli powder- 1tsp
Pepper powder- 1/4tsp
Lemon Juice-1 tbsp
Rice flour-1tbsp
Cornflour-1tbsp
Egg 1 piece
Salt ½ tea spoon
Oil for frying
Part2:
Rest Masala from chicken
Lemon 1 table spoon
Kashmiri Chilli powder- ½ tsp
Crushed chilli ½ tea spoon
Tomato sauce 1 tea spoon
Water 2 table spoon
Part 3:
Cooking oil 2 table spoon
Garlic 1.5 table spoon
Curry Leaf (if Available)
