Hyderabadi Dum Ka Chicken is a tasty and Famous Hyderabadi Chicken recipe. This is a simple recipe where Chicken is marinated then cooked under low flame.
METHOD
1.Chicken - 1 kilo, cut into medium sized pieces
2.Next grind into a fine paste
Ginger - 50 gram
Garlic cloves - 20
Green chilies - 4
Use little water and grind it into fine paste, add it to chicken pieces
3.Now grind
Almonds - 20 gram
Cashew nuts - 20 gram
Dry coconut - 20 gram
along with
Cardamom - 4
Cloves - 6
Cinnamon stick - 3
Grind it into fine paste using little water
4.Add yogurt - 250 gram
Deep fried onion of two big sized onions, crush it well and add
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri Red chili powder - 2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Caraway seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Few mint and coriander leaves
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Butter - 50 gram / Clarified butter - 50 gram
Mix it well and marinate for 3 hours
5.Now cook the marinated chicken as shown in the video also give it charcoal smoke for extra taste
6.Serve hot with roti or paratha
