1)potatoes boiled 700grams 1/2 teaspoon salt added while boiling.
2) salt 1/2 teaspoon in mixture again.
3) Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon.
4) fresh coriander chopped 3 tablespoons.
5) cornstarch 1/3rd cup.
6) chicken boneless shredded 500grams.
7) red chilli powder 1 teaspoon.
8) paprika powder 1 teaspoon.
9) salt 1/2 teaspoon.
10) bread crumbs.
11) eggs 2 for coating.
12) mozzarella cheese cut in cubes.
13) all purpose flour for coating.
14) oil for frying.
