Ingredients : 500 gms Chicken (large pieces with bones) Marination : ½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder ½ tsp Turmeric Powder Salt as per taste ½ tsp Lemon Juice Roasting of Whole Spices : 1 tsp Coriander Seeds ½ tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera) 1 tsp Fennel Seeds (Saunf) 3 Green Cardamoms 3 Cloves 12 to 15 Peppercorns 2 to 3 thin blade Mace (Javitri) 1 stick Cinnamon Onion-Cashew Paste : 1 large (125 gms) Onion (roughly chopped) 12 Cashewnuts 3 nos. Green Chillies (less spicy ones) 2 tbsp Milk Other Ingredients 3 to 4 tbsp Vegetable Oil 1 stick Cinnamon 1 Green Cardamom 1 Bay Leaf 1 heaped tsp Ginger Garlic Paste 100 gms Fresh Curds (well beaten) 200 ml Milk 2 to 3 tbsp Fresh Cream 1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi) roasted & handcrushed 2 to 3 tbsp Coriander Leaves Note : tsp is teaspoon tbsp is tablespoon For detailed recipe please watch the video.
