Meat recipes are all over the place since it was Eid but Chicken recipes can't be left behind. This one is a simple and unique Chicken Karahi recipe that is so easy that will surprise you. When you don't have time and the guest are coming or you haven't cooked anything and it's about time "Quick Chicken Karahi" is a life saver. Let's dive into the recipe and learn how it is made.
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken
2 medium onions, sliced
6-7 small tomatoes, cut into quarters
10 garlic cloves
Almost 1 inch of garlic, cut into julienne strips
3 and 1/4 tablespoons of salt
Approx. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
1/2 a glass of water
1/2 a cup of oil
Some chopped green chillies
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 a cup of whipped yoghurt
For Garnish:
Some chopped coriander
Ginger julienne strips (optional)
Juice from 1-1.5 lemons
