Cathedral Window white gulaman ingredients: 24g clear and unflavored gulaman 24g white and buko flavored gulaman 820ml evapoarted milk 370ml all purpose cream 300ml condensed milk 2 cups white sugar 1/4 cup pineapple juice 1/2 cup powdered milk(optional) 2 tbsp vanilla extract 5 cups water Colored Jellies: (use half of the packet only) 12.5g buko pandan 12.5g strawberry 12.5g mango 12.5g ube 12.5g orange 10g orange powered juice 2 cups water(for each colored gulaman) We need: 500ml clear packs Colored Jellies Procedure: 1) Heat off. Gradually sprinkle gulaman(buko pandan) into the water(2 cups) and stir constantly 2) Turn the heat on (high heat) and continue stirring until it boils 3) When it boils turn the heat off 4) Transfer into a heat proof container 5) Repeat steps for the remaining colored gulaman 6) For the the unflaovred gulaman: Combine orange colored gulaman and orange powdered juice. repeat steps 7) Let it set 8) Cut gulamans into cubes and set a side White gulaman procedure: 1) Heat off. Gradually sprinkle clear and unflavored gulaman and buko gulaman powder into the water while stirring 2) Add white sugar 3) Turn the heat on (high heat). Continue stirring until it boils 4) When it boils add evaporated milk, all purpose cream, condensed milk, powdered milk, vanilla extract and pineapple juice 5) Wait until it boils again.
