Ingredients for Kerala Chicken Roast:
For the Marinade:
- Chicken - 500g
- Chopped Garlic - 2 tsp
- Chopped Green Chillies - 2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Frying the onions:
- Oil for frying
- Onion - 250g ~ 2 Cups
Frying the chicken:
- Oil for frying
- Marinated Chicken
For the roast:
- Green Chillies - 2
- Few Curry Leaves
- Tomato - 200g ~ 1 Cup
- Fried Chicken
- Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
- Fried onions
- Chopped Coriander Leaves
