2 Great recipes thrown together! Ray Mack's "Ranch style chicken" meets "Malibu Chicken". The latter was from a restaurant chain called Sizzler, which is mostly vanished from the landscape. Although this particular version is missing the sliced ham, it still rocked! A Dijon based marinade, tons of Swiss cheese and Wright's brand thick cut bacon combine for an amazing sammie!
