INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup light brown sugar
4 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
2 ripe bananas
1/2 tsp to 1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp banana extract
2 to 3 Tbsp brandy or rum
Serve over vanilla icecream
