Beetroot Tomato Smoothie Recipe

1. In a mixer jar add 1 chopped beetroot (raw) 1 tomato (deseeded) as main ingredients
2. Add just a pinch of rock salt and 1.spoon jaggery powder to balance the flavours and blend
3.Now blend the smoothie and u can drink it directly or added seeds and fruits and have as smoothie bowl .
