This a a simple taco salad recipe and easy to prepare. It will work great for a quick after work dinner or something a little on the lighter side. My wife and I enjoy a nice salad sometimes and if you wanted you could substitute grilled chicken for the beef. If you really wanted to up the game, put some grilled chicken fajita or beef fajita in the salad. This taco salad is also great with chili in it also.
