How to make apple crumble (Dessert Recipe)
For the apple mixture
500 g apple, peel and cut into pieces.
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
For the crumb topping
80 g all purpose
60 g brown sugar
1/8 tsp salt
50 g unsalted butter
Instructions
1.In a mixing bowl, combine together the flour, brown sugar, butter and salt and put the crumb topping in the refrigerator.
2.In another mixing bowl, combine together the apples, granulated sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice.
3.Prepare 2 bowls already coated with butter.
4.Spoon the apple mixture into the bowls.
5.Top with the crumb topping.
6.Bake the apple crumble for 20 minutes on 180°C.
7.Before serving, sprinkle with icing sugar. This dish is served warm.
