Butter Chicken || Chicken recipes ||


Butter Chicken Ingredients: 1 kg chicken 1 cup curd 2 tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp pepper powder 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp ginger garlic paste 3 cloves 2 Cardamom 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped tomatoes 10-12 cashews 250 gms Butter(unsalted) 1 tbsp oil Water to blend Method of preparing: To marinate: In a bowl, add curd, chilli powder, turmeric, pepper powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, chicken and mix well then keep aside for 15 mins. To blend into a paste: In a pan add butter, cloves, Cardamom then add onions saute till golden brown later add tomatoes and cashew cook them for 5 mins covering the lid. Once the tomatoes and cashews are cooked then off the flame and keep it aside. Once it cools down take a blender jar and make it into a fine paste. Then in a different pan, add 1 tsp of butter, 1/2 tsp oil and fry the chicken till it turns into golden brown. Remove the chicken and keep it into separate bowl. #butterchicken #nonveg #chicken For gravy: Take a pan, add butter, blended paste, little water for gravy to thicken and close the lid and cook it for 1 minute then add fried chicken( salt if required).Mix well and cook it for 5-7 minutes. After 5-7 minutes Butter chicken is ready to serve with roti or nan. You can garnish it with fresh cream. Serve it hot!!!
