Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Aalo (Potatoes) boiled 2 large -Chicken boiled & shredded 1 Cup -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1 medium -Dried oregano 1 tsp -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp -Soy sauce 1 tbs -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs -Anda (Egg) 1 whisked -Bread slices 8 -Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required -Cooking oil 2-3 tbs Directions: -Bowl mein aalo dal ker ache tarhan mash ker lein. -Chicken,shimla mirch,dried oregano,lal mirch crushed,namak,lehsan powder,kali mirch powder,soy sauce,hara dhania aur anda dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Bread slices ki sides ko knife ki madad sa cut ker lein. -Aalo mixtute ko bread slice per dal ker evenly pheela lein. -Four piece mein cut ker lein aur bread slice ki potato side ko breadcrumbs sa coat ker lein (makes 8 bread slices). breadcrumbs sa coat ker lein. -Frying pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur bread slice ko darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein (2-3 minutes).
