In todays video i am going to show how to make simple chicken chapati roll. this roll is healthy and at the time tasty & easy to make at home.
ingredients
For marinating chicken
- chicken boneless (2cm chunks)-100 gm
-salt- 1tsp
-red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
-corianderpowder-1/2 tsp
-ginger powder- 1/2 tsp
-black pepper powder-1/2 tsp
-vinegar- 2 tsp
-chopped ginder-1 tsp
-pinch of food colour (optional)
For pickling of onion
-1 medium sliced onion
-vinegar-2 tsp
-red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
For cooking the chicken
-oil- 2-3 tsp
For making roll
-chapati
-tomato 1 sliced
-tomato ketchup- 2 tsp
-Green chilli sauce-2 tsp
- foil/butter paper for wrapping
