*Ground Beef and Vegetable Soup*
1 lb cooked ground beef
29 ounce can tomato sauce
1 15-ounce can chickpeas. drained and rinsed
1 large carrot, diced
1 lb zucchini, diced
1 cup onion, diced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to tasted
4 teaspoons beef bullion granules
red chili flakes to taste
To prepare,
Put bag in freezer the night before you plan to cook the soup. Add defrosted meal to slow cooker and add 4 cups of water. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
*Black Bean and Corn Chili*
1 lb cooked ground beef

2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup corn
1 cup onion, diced
½-1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon beef bullion granules
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon oregano
red chili flakes to taste
To prepare,
