This is my new variation of making chicken xacuti, in this recipe I have marinated chicken in green paste and then cooked in ground masala paste made with roasted coconut and whole spices.

Ingredients:
1 kg Chicken
½ cup Coriander Leaves
1 large Green Chilli
¼ tsp. Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
1 Cup Grated Coconut
4 Garlic Cloves
1" Ginger
2 Dried Kashmiri Red Chillies
¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds
2 Peppercorns
1 tsp. Fennel Seeds
4 Cloves
1" Cinnamon Stick
2 Petals Star Anise
2 Cups Onion
Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
Serves: 4 -6
