Gadbad Ghotala Ice Cream | Ice Cream Recipe | Fruit Ice Cream | Dessert Recipes | Summer Recipes
This is not my recipe but my daughter made it. Inspired from the various ice creams she has seen or tasted and born out of necessity to make something different for her friends, she created this Gadbad Ghotala Ice Cream for her friends.
Ingredients :
Ice cream (any flavour as per your choice)
Some chopped biscuits & cake
Some chopped dry fruits (cashews, almonds & pistachios)
Some chopped chocolate (any chocolate)
Some cashew & almond powder
Finely chopped fresh strawberries
Chocolate sauce to drizzle
Method :
Take a mixing bowl, add ice cream (any flavour as per your choice)
Add some chopped biscuits & cake
Add some chopped dry fruits (cashews, almonds & pistachios)
Add some chopped chocolate (any chocolate)
Add some cashew & almond powder
Add finely chopped fresh strawberries
(You can add/replace ingredients with others as per your choice)
Mix it well and transfer the mixture in a tray
Cover with a plastic wrap and keep it into freezer overnight
To serve, take a glass/bowl
Drizzle some chocolate sauce in it
Add ice cream, top with some chocolate sauce and a strawberry
And then your Flavoursome, Delicious Gadbad Ghotala Ice Cream ready!!!
