Mouth Watering Chocolate fudge brownie Recipe | Dessert Recipes l Quick & Easy Recipes
Preheat oven at 180° for 20 minutes
Wet Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup caster sugar
½ cup oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp coffee mix in 1 tbsp milk
Melted Chocolate 1/2 cup
Dry Ingredients
½ cup all purpose flour
⅓ cup cocoa powder
1 pinch salt
Recipe Directions:
Sift dry ingredients flour, cocoa powder and salt and set aside.
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl until fluffy , add caster sugar beat again, add oil , coffee mixture, vanilla essence, and melted chocolate beat well. Now add the dry ingredients gradually and fold with the help of spatula . add chocolate chips or chunks (optional)
Grease 8×8 inches pan ,
Pour the batter into the pan.
Bake at 150° for 30 minutes in the oven or if you are using stove then bake for 40-45 minutes .
Tip : dont over cook it, otherwise it wont be fudgy.
