Chicken Tandoori in Oven
Ingredient:
1 st Marination:
Chicken leg pieces - 1/2 Kg
Lemon/ Lime juice - 2 Tbs
Salt - 1 Tsp
Ginger - 2 Tbs
Termaric - 1 Tsp
Marinate for 1 Hr
2 Nd Marination :
Thick Curd - 1/4 cup
Red chilli powder - 2 Tbs
Coriander powder - 1 Tbs
Cumin ( Jeera) powder - 1 Tbs
Garam masala powder - 1 Tbs
Kasuri Methi powder - 1/4 Tbs
Oil - 2 Tbs
Marinate over night or Minimum 2 Hours in Refrigerator
Preheat Oven at 400 Degrees F
1 st Turn : 400 DF for 20 Minutes
(Apply Melted Butter)
2 nd Turn: 400DF for 20 to 25 Minutes
For Extra Taste
Chicken Tandoori garnish / Serve with Onion and lemon
