PEPPER BEEF STEAK / STEAK AUX POIVRONS

750g of sirloin steak cut against grain into thin slices / 750g de contrefilet découpé en lamelles fines
1 green and 1 red bell pepper / 1 poivron vert et un poivron rouge
1 medium onion / 1 oignon moyen
3 cloves of garlic crushed / 3 gousses d'ail hâchées
1 finger size piece of ginger chopped / 1 doigt de gingembre
6 tablespoons oil (1/3 for marinade, 1/3 for stir frying of steak, 1/3 for stir frying vegetables) / 6 c.à.s d'huile (1/3 pour la marinade, 1/3 pour frire le steak, 1/3 pour frire les légumes)
1&1/2 tablespoon of honey / 1&1/2 c.à.s. de miel
1/2 tablespoon all purpose seasoning / 1 c.à.s. d'assaisonnement tout usage)
Black pepper for marinade, and slurry / Poivre pour la marinade et la sauce
1/2 cup of water / 1/2 tasse d'eau
2 tablespoon of soy sauce / 2 c.à.s. de soja
3 tablespoons corn starch (1/2 for marinade, 1/2 for slurry) / 3 c.à.s. de fécules de maïs (1/2 pour la marinade, 1/2 pour la sauce)
