* T H R E E * EASY FALL DESSERT RECIPES | APPLE + PUMPKIN RECIPES FOR FALL
Hey guys!
Today I am sharing 3 easy dessert recipes that are perfect for Fall!

PUMPKIN SPICE APPLE FRITTERS:
3-4 Apples
1/4 Cup sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
2 cups pumpkin spice pancake mix (or regular with pumpkin pie spice added)
1/2 cup water
Vegetable oil for frying
DIRECTIONS:
-Add water into pancake mix and stir well to combine
-Slice apples and remove the core to create rings
-Dip each apple slice into batter
-Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown
-Let rest on paper towels
-Dip warm apple fritter into cinnamon and sugar mix

(I used less butter and sugar for the sauce)
