Coriander 1/2 tsp
Bbq masala 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Mustard oil 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Bbq sauce 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
Black pepper to taste
Red food color (option)
Vinegar 1 tsp
Mix well
Marinate for 3-4 hours or over night
Butter 1 tbsp
Cook for 1 mins on high flame
Flip
Again cook for 1 min on high flame
Cook for 5 min low flame
Flip
Cook 5 min low flame
Brush oil
Cook 5 mins
Brush oil
Cook 5 min
Hot charcoal
Few drops oil
Cover for 5 mins
Brush bbq sauce
