EASY & TASTY CHILLI CHICKEN | Easy Chilli Chicken Recipe Restaurant style| എളുപ്പത്തിൽ ഒരു ചില്ലി ചിക്കൻ
1. Refined Oil - 3 tbsp
2. Chicken with bone - 1 kg
Heat oil. Add chicken into it. Do not cover & cook. Stir occasionally.
Do not add water. Water will come out of chicken. Cook till this water evaporates.
Water evaporates & we can see the oil we added.
3. Soya sauce - 6 tbsp
4. Tomato sauce - 4 tbsp
5. Red chilli sauce - 4 tbsp
Then add these sauces mix well for 3-4 minutes.
6. Garlic (Finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
7. Ginger (Finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
Add garlic & ginger. Sauté for 5 minutes.
8. Slit green chillies - 14 small
9. Onion (thick slices) - 4
Then add slit green chillies and onions. Saute for 5 minutes.
10. Salt - as required
11. Pepper powder - 1 1/2 - 2 tsp
Add salt & pepper powder. (Taste it & add required salt)
Mix everything well. Stir occasionally & sauté onions well. When the onions are cooked well, it’s done.
