Chicken Thukpa Recipe: Chicken Leg - 2 nos Onion (sliced) - ½ no Carrot (julienne) - ½ no Ginger (finely chopped) - 1 inch Spring Onion (finely chopped) - 3 nos Green Chilli (slit) - 2 nos Coriander (finely chopped) - Few Sprigs Garlic (finely chopped) - 5 Cloves Salt - 1 tsp Lemon Juice - 1 tsp Water - 650 ml Honey - 1 tsp Soy Sauce - 1 tsp Oil - 2 tbsp Noodles - 1/3 packet Cooking Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a pan and brown the chicken legs. 2. Add slit green chilies and chopped ginger, garlic, and spring onion bulbs. 3. Add the onion and carrot. 4. Season with salt and pepper. Add 650ml of water. 5. Cover and boil for 5 mins. 6. Remove the chicken legs and shred the meat. 7. Add noodles to the broth, cover, and simmer for 5 mins, until tender. Add soya sauce and honey. 8. Finish with lemon juice, freshly chopped coriander, and spring onion greens. 9. Add the shredded chicken while serving.
