Chicken Alfredo Recipe | AngelaEats #recipe #cookwithme #chickenalfredo #angelaeats Today We Are Making Homemade Chicken Alfredo with Fettuccini Pasta INGREDIENTS: Fettuccini Pasta Thin Chicken Breast Blackened Seasoning Trader joes Oil of choice Butter Garlic, chopped Heavy Whipping cream Shaved Parmesan Cheese Parsley (optional) DIRECTIONS: 1. Cook Pasta ask according to package 2. Add oil to frying pan on medium-high heat 3. Once oil is hot add seasoned chicken to pan and brown on one side for about 3-4 minutes (depending on how thick your chicken is) then flip and repeat on the other side. Avoid over cooking to prevent dryness. Do not over crowd pan, cook in batches if needed. 4. Once chicken is fully cooked transfer to a covered dish and let rest on back of stove where it is mildly warm to keep the chicken from getting cold. 5. (In the same pan you cooked the chicken in, keep the oil flavored oil that is left. If there is too much you can take some out.) -Add butter and garlic to pan and cook about 2 minutes, until garlic has browned a bit and butter is melted. 6. Reduce heat to medium and Add heavy whipping cream. Bring to a low boil/simmer. Sauce will thicken the longer it boils. Continue to stir cream to prevent burning. 7. Once sauce has thickened to your liking, turn off heat, add parmesan cheese, and stir until melted. Once fully melted taste the sauce and adjust salt accordingly. NOTE THAT SAUCE WILL CONTINUE TO THICKEN AS IT COOLS 8. Add parsley or black pepper if desired. 9. Plate noodles, slice chicken, and top noodles with desired amount of sauce and chicken. ENJOY!!!!
