Healthy Dessert Recipes – JustMe


Here are some of my favorite dessert recipes. They are either high in protein or low in calories or both 1. Sugarfree Chocolate: - 30g coconut oil - 60g cocoa powder - artificial sweetener - 5Tbsp water This chocolate has 350kcal per 100g which is about 200kcal less than regular dark chocolate (depending on what brand you use)It has a light coconut taste. I like that but if you don‘t this recipe might not be for you. 2. Chocolate Mousse - 100g Skyr or nonfat Greek yogurt or Magerquark - 1 tsp cocoa powder - artificial sweetener I eat this chocolate mousse or chocolate yogurt almost every day because I like it so much. 3. Peanut Cookies - 60g peanut butter - 1 egg - 30g Xylit or granulated sweetener of choice - 40g protein powder (baking protein powder) - 40g flour (or just 80g flour if you don‘t use protein powder) These are high in protein not only because of the protein powder but also because of the peanut butter. Peanut butter also has less calories than other butter and adds the nice peanut flavor to these cookies. Using Xylit or another sugar alternative also reduces the calories.I often coat them with a bit of dark chocolate.
