Follow my recipe to learn how to make my simple chicken cutlets, tasty home made chicken cutlets with a slight twist. These can be eaten on their own with a salad, naan or even cut up into slices and put into a wrap for the kids. This recipe is more flavoursome than just the simple breaded chicken and makes a lovely change from having curries everyday! Here is how I make my Chicken Cutlets Prep time - 15mins Cooking time after initial 2 hour marination - 6-8 mins depending on thickness of meat Feeds 2 Ingredients: 2 medium Chicken breasts Oil to shallow fry Breadcrumbs - 175 grams medium egg - 1 Salt - 1/4th teaspoon Pepper - 1/4th teaspoon Ground Cumin - 1/4th teaspoon Marinade Lemon Juice - 1 1/2 tablespoons Half a small onion Salt - 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala - 1 Teaspoon Pepper - 1/4th Teaspoon Ginger - 1 small piece (approximately 2 cm x 2 cm) Garlic - 3 cloves Oil - 1 Tablespoon Accessories Cling Film Meat masher - or rolling pin.
