- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 4-5 cups confectionary sugar
-1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- red food coloring (optional)
Ganache
-1 1/2 cups dark chocolate
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
Toppings
- 2 Candy Canes
