Ingredients:
- Crackers (Biscuits): 3-4 Half Rolls
- Bananas (Roundly Sliced): 6 Medium Size
- Whipping Cream: 1 Cup
- Butter: 4 tbsp
- Condense Milk: 1 Can/tin
To Caramelize the condense milk, dip the condense milk in a bowl of water (water should be above the can/tin surface), cover and cook for 3-4 hours. Remove the can from water and cool it completely before use.
Procedure:
- Crumbled the crackers (biscuits) in a chopper or in a zip lock bag with a rolling pin and add in a bowl.
- Add the melted butter in crumbled biscuits and mix well to combine. Put the mixture in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Cut the bananas in round slices and set aside for later use.
- Add one cup of whipping cream in a bowl and beat it with a hand/ electric beater until hard peaks form. Set aside the whipped cream for later use.
Layering:
- Place a thick layer of (crackers) biscuits.
- Layer the whipped cream on top of it and spread evenly.-
- Layer the roundly sliced bananas.
- Pour the caramel on top of bananas and evenly spread it.
- Continue the layering.
- Decorate it according to your taste.
- Chill the dessert for at least 5 hours and serve.
