Italian Salad Recipe

This is my Italian Salad Recipe. Enjoy! Ingredients: Maura's Italian Salad 2 Heads romaine lettuce washed, dried and chopped 1 red bell pepper seeded and chopped 1 green bell pepper seeded and chopped ½ red onion chopped ½ vidalia or sweet onion chopped 4-6 large peppercini's seeded and chopped 10-12 green olives with pimentos chopped 1/2 - 1 pint grape tomatoes halved and seeded 15-20 slices pepperoni chopped (Optional) Prosciutto Slices (Optional) 1 container blue chees crumbles (can use gorgonzola) ¼ cup parmesan cheese ¼ - ½ cup Wishbone Italian Dressing ground black pepper to taste
