I’ve used boneless chicken thighs for this recipe. They’re more flavorful than chicken breasts, and easier to cook without drying out. Keep the skin, so it keeps meat juicy and protects it from burning. I know some people prefer breast but the thighs part is more delicious, I think! you can use the breast part too.
INGREDIENTS
2 tbs yogurt
2 tbs olive oil
1/2 tbs cumin
1/2 tbs red pepper
1/4 tbs red pepper flakes
2 tbs lemon juice
salt as your preference
1/2 tbs ground black pepper
1 tbs onion-garlic paste
1/4 tbs ginger powder
1/8 tbs MSG
1 tbs bbq mix
